Working principle of YX series thin oil vibrating screen

The vibrator is composed of main shaft, roller bearing, bearing seat, oil tank, cross universal coupling, eccentric block, etc. According to the amplitude needs, the amplitude of the vibrating screen can be adjusted by adding or subtracting the number of eccentric blocks. But the weight on both ends is required to be equal to ensure normal operation and balance. The power is transmitted from the motor to the vibrator through the cross universal coupling, and then the vibrating force of the vibrator excites the vibrating screen supported on the spring support. The screen frame is made of various types of steel and steel plates riveted together, making it strong and reliable.
